I had been waiting for this day for so long! Deanna asked me to photograph her wedding about a year ago and I was so thrilled. Not only have a known Deanna for YEARS but I also have been wanting to photograph at Searles Castle forever. I knew it was going to be the best time.
I was able to photograph Deanna and Jamie last summer for their engagement session and it was a blast - laughs the entire time and I KNEW I'd be able to capture that again on their wedding day. They only needed little direction and I got to capture the rest, one of my favorite parts about my job.
Though the day started out rainy, the sun came out literally as soon as Deanna walked down the aisle. It was pretty incredible. They got to have their ceremony outside and with only a few drizzles during portraits we got to squeeze everything it. Humidity didn't stop these guests from dancing the night away with the private band.
Overall an awesome wedding day for two awesome people.
