Apparently this is the summer of weddings by the ocean! We had a perfect wedding day at Shining Tides in Mattapoisett, MA with Chloe and Steven last Saturday. The rain even held off for us to have the picture-perfect afternoon.

Chloe and Steven are the type of people who SHINE when they are together. Knowing each of them individually is great, but knowing them together is a treasure. Hearing more about their origin and seeing them light up around each other made my heart feel so full.

They started their day with a first look and some portraits, before a cloudy ceremony by the water, and a reception dancing the night away with their closest family and friends. You could hear the laughter and see the smiles from a mile away.

I'm so lucky that this is my job - to photograph love stories like this in beautiful places.
