I'm 99% sure I've said this before, but I'll say it again - I could take photos of Marisa and Christina ALL. DAY. LONG. Their chemistry is my favorite thing to photograph. Honestly for two people who claim to "take horrible photos" they are pretty dang photogenic.
Back in November they agreed to do a couples session at Maudslay for our content day of mini sessions and right away they were so easy to photograph. Laughing with each other and looking so comfortable. So, fast forward a few months.. they get ENGAGED!! The story is OH SO SWEET. Marisa proposes to Christina, not even knowing Christina already has a ring for her too and planned on asking Marisa to marry her as well. Now if that isn't love well then I don't know what is!
I am just so happy for these two! Plus I'm biased because I've known Marisa since our freshman year of high school and I am beyond thrilled she's found her person. When she asked me to take her engagement photos I was giddy with excitement. Add in the fact that they wanted to do it during a snowstorm, and I was ALL IN!! These two were troopers. It was basically a blizzard, but SO worth it!
Marisa and Christina, you I am so happy that you two found your way to each other. I am incredibly grateful to have gotten to document your love (twice!!). Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
