Put the Allen family at the top of my list for the cutest new fam out there. Declan may be the number 1 reason for that, but Paige, Pat (and Boba🐶 too!!) I promise you all play a roll in that too!
I could not wait to meet sweet little Declan, the suspense had been killing me for weeks! Luckily, as the photographer, I got to meet him a bit earlier than others. (Spoiler alert, Pat and Paige are my boyfriend's cousins, so yes Declan is family too!) Of course, we took all the necessary precautions - wore masks and I had Paige handle all of the posing. Declan was such a champ.
I've never seen a baby so interested in the camera before. He stared directly into my lens for most of the session (not many sleeping pictures happening! haha) He was so curious, he wouldn't take his eyes off of it!
Declan is seriously one of the happiest babies I have ever met. For such a young baby, he was so content, smiled at his parents and was just thrilled to be around them. Pat and Paige definitely lucked out with him!
He finally fell asleep when we walked across the street to the lake for some family photos.. being a model is tiring stuff!
Paige and Pat, thanks so much for having me capture Declan's adorable smiles. I'm so glad I got to document these early moments. I can't wait to watch him grow up!
