The story of how I met Stephanie and Dan is by far my favorite to date. Last May, my boyfriend and I traveled up to Lake George in upstate New York to celebrate his graduation by doing some camping and hiking. It was a rainy afternoon, so we found ourselves at a brewery (naturally) and we struck up a conversation with the couple next to us. We immediately hit it off with them.
As it turns out, Dan was from the area that Ryan would be moving to in just a few short weeks. We decided to follow each other on social media in hope to keep in touch and maybe meet up when we were all back in Western Massachusetts.
Fast forward a few months, and Stephanie and Dan were booking Captured to photograph their wedding! How incredible is that?! I am SO grateful that we started that conversation back in May. Dan and Steph are like-minded, down to Earth people. I am counting down the days until their wedding. The best part? They're getting married on my birthday!
Back in October we met up out in Western Massachusetts for an engagement shoot. I was over the moon happy with the shots we got. They were effortless in front of the camera. It makes me even more excited for their big day this September.
