It's no secret anymore, we love a front porch session. Whether you're celebrating a new home, or simply looking for some beautiful photos of your family, it's the perfect session to book. This spring we were lucky enough to photograph two families who purchased new homes over the winter and were ready to show them off as the nicer weather rolled around!
The Bouchard family purchased their new home in Melrose MA and it is STUNNING! A true dream for a front porch session. They were the sweetest family, their little girls were all giggles, and couldn't wait to show me their swing set in the back yard. They said they were settling in nicely into their new neighborhood. A huge shout out to Kim Izzi for connecting me with the Bouchard Family!
And the Makara Family (my sister and brother-in-law) purchased their adorable new home over the winter and spent the cold months making it cozy and putting their finishing touches on it. I'm so happy that they were able to find such a perfect home for themselves. I can't wait for all the fires and cookouts in the back yard! And we know my pup already loves the yard too ;)
It was so fun taking photos of Jess and Chris again, I did their engagement photos early on in my freelance career. It's crazy to look back and see how far my work has evolved since then. I love that they trust me to continue capturing their milestones!
Thank you to the Bouchard family and the Makara family for trusting me to capture these memories. I love front porch sessions so much, and I'm so happy we waited for the warm weather to come to book these sessions. There's something about the springtime that makes the wait worth it!
