We weren't even sure where to begin with this process or this post to be honest. Mini sessions have been a dream for a while. We just weren't sure if we'd have enough interest to be able to hold them. And BOY were we wrong!
Not only did we have enough interest to hold one day of minis, we had enough for TWO. We were so thrilled and so grateful for the families who booked slots! Of course minis are the perfect way to gear up for the holiday season - from prints as gifts to holiday cards, the photos are a perfect fit. And October in New England? Well, it doesn't get any prettier than that.
The prep for the mini sessions was actually a lot of fun. Because we were so stoked about the turnout, we were even more excited for the props. We searched for the perfect fall scene, and I think we got JUST that. Although the weather didn't cooperate fully, we had some very flexible clients and we were about to get some gorgeous shots.
We held our mini sessions at Endicott Park in Danvers. Not only is this one of the most stunning spots to photograph in the fall, but it is super simple to get to from all areas. There is plenty of space to change up the scenery, leaves and trees everywhere, and a beautiful sunset. It is a very popular spot for photographers to hold sessions in the fall.
Our day was filled with adorable babies, smiling children, and happy parents. We could not be happier with the way the photos came out. Check them out!
Cuteness overload, right?! We already cannot wait to hold more minis! Stay tuned, maybe as the weather gets warmer we can get back out there!
