A Look Back at 2022 with Captured

Woooo this year was a doozy! In a good way, of course! This year was HUGE for not only me personally, but for Captured as well. And the end of the year is full of reflecting and celebrating. So, will you celebrate with me?

Let's celebrate all the personal wins, from a new home to my own engagement and everything in between. Exploring new places, lots of puppy kisses, and even some travel thrown into the mix - 2022 was definitely one of the best.

On the Captured side of things, I truly found my own this year. From taking the business full time (HECK YA) to my busiest calendar yet. I am just so dang thankful. I feel like words can't truly express what this feels like.

To every wedding couple - ya'll are the actual greatest. You are the backbone of Captured and every wedding day is what truly keeps me going. You took me from the tops of foliage covered mountains, to the windy shores of Cape Cod an everything in between. Lakes and orchards, backyards and mansions. Holy cow what a ride.

To all of the families and couples - how amazing it is to see you year after year. I get so much joy out of watching you all grow further in love, add members to your family and capture each milestone. I feel like a broken record, but I don't even care - THANK YOU for asking me to capture them.

Captured also got to serve several small businesses this year, helping them with branding identity, social media consulting and management, website development, branding photography and so much more. I get to help businesses grow - how fun is that?

I photographed and designed more than ever before. I would be crazy to say all this without thanking the fellow photographers and other businesses I worked with this year. Specifically Kristin LaFratta and Katie Kelley - my go-to gals! I couldn't do it without you guys, and thanks for sending all the funny photog memes too. Ya'll keep me going.

Photographing these big days, capturing each milestone and growing businesses.. it isn't lost on me how much trust you put into us holding the cameras and laptops. I am so grateful for all the trust my clients put into me and I promise that 2023 I will continue to work just as hard to serve you.

I am looking forward to what the next year has in store! I have a TON of exciting things in the works and I can't wait to share with you soon. Happy New Year ya'll! Here's to another good one.

Until next time, live creatively friends.
